摘要
[目的]利用CAD软件建立具有自适应功能的4种螺纹种植体骨块三维有限元模型。[方法]使用pro/E软件根据种植体相关参数,分别建立不同螺纹形态的牙种植体、冠修复体、松质骨和皮质骨三维实体模型,利用自适应功能生成装配体,导入ansys workbench8.0CAE软件中,进行单元划分建立有限元模型,应力加载后进行模型准确性的检测。[结果]建立了包含真实螺纹种植体的下颌骨骨块三维有限元模型。[结论]应用pro/E软件自适应功能建立包含不同螺纹形态的下颌骨骨块的三维有限元模型,为种植修复三维有限元分析提供了准确、灵活、快速的平台。
[Objective]To construct 3 - D finite element models of 4 different thread dental implants bone block with self- adaptation function by CAD software [ Method] 3 - D models of different thread dental implants, prosthetic restoration, cancellous bone and os integumentale were constructed by pro/E software according to the correlative parameter of dental implants. The 3 - D dental implant model Assembled by elf- adaptation function were imported to ansys workbonch8.0 CAE software and were divided based on unit to construct finite element models. The accurate t of the models loaded stress force was carried out. [Result] The finite element models of 4 different thread dental implant- bone block were rebuild. [Conclusion] The 3 - D finite element models of different thread dental implants bone block with Self- adaptation function constructed by CAD software provides us a more accurate, quicker, and more convenient method in dental implant finite element analysis.
