摘要
采用化学气相沉积(CVD)法,制备出大量的高性能碳微球。用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)观察了几种不同工艺参数条件下,不同碳源、不同温度对生成产物形貌的影响,得出制备高性能碳微球的理想工艺参数:碳源为甲苯液体和乙炔的混合物,反应温度为1 000℃。并对这一工艺参数下所得产物进行了X-射线衍射(XRD)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)及热重分析,从而得知这种碳微球为实心结构,颗粒大小均在200nm左右,石墨化程度不高,且结构稳定,在高温下也不易分解。
In this paper, a great deal of high property carbon microspheres were prepared by CVD method. And the influences of different carbon sources and synthesis temperature on the micrographs of products were studied by FESEM. In our cases the best parameters that can be used to prepare high quality carbon microspheres were as follows: carbon sources are the mixture of toluene and acetylene, and the temperature is 1000℃. The products were studied by XRD, HRTEM and themalgravimetric analyses, and it can be shown that the products were solid structure with low graphitization and its diameter was about 200 nm. The carbon spheres have very steady structures, and even under high temperature can't be easily decomposed.
