胰周血管16层CT成像研究

摘要 目的:探讨16层CT血管成像技术显示胰周血管的价值。方法:对40例无腹部疾病的病人行16层CT双期扫描。使用轴位CT图像、薄层最大密度投影(TSMIP)和容积重建(VR)图像评价胰腺周围动脉和静脉。结果:轴位CT图像、TSMIP和VR对胰腺间接供血动脉和门静脉、肠系膜上静脉、脾静脉、胃网膜右静脉的显示率均为100%,对胃结肠干均为80%。轴位CT、TSMIP和VR对胰十二指肠上后动脉的显示率分别为97.5%、92.5%、67.5%;对胰十二指肠上前动脉,为95%、95%、75%;对胰十二指肠下动脉,为97.5%、92.5%、57.5%;对右结肠上静脉,为100%、87.5%、80%;对胰十二指肠上后静脉,为92.5%、65%、40%;对胰十二指肠上前静脉,为92.5%、62.5%、45%。结论:结合适当的扫描技术和显示方法,使用16层CT可获得良好的胰周血管的显示。 Objective:To explore the clinical value of MDCT angiography in the visualization of peripancreatic vessels with a 16-slice CT. Materials and Methods:Dual-phase CT scanning using a 16-slice CT was performed in 40 cases. Peripancreatic vessels were evaluated by axial images, TSMIP and VR. Results:The indirect pancreatic supplying arteries, PV, SMV, SV and RGEV were all seen in each technique. In axial images, TSMIP and VR, visualization rates of PSPDA were 97.5%, 92.5%, 67.5%, respectively; ASPDA, 95%, 95%, 75%; IPDA, 97.5%, 92.5%, 57.5%; RSCV, 100%, 87.5%, 80%; PSPDV, 92.5%, 65%, 40%; ASPDV, 92.5%, 62.5%, 45%. Conclusion: Good manifestation of the peripancreatic vessels can be gained using a 16-slice CT with combination of preparation prior to scanning, optimal scanning techniques and reconstruction methods.
