准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术术后弥漫性板层角膜炎研究进展

准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术是目前治疗屈光不正的主要手术方法。随着技术和设备的改进,术后并发症现已比较少见,其并发症之一的弥漫性板层角膜炎因其本身所具有的特殊性而时有报道。本文对其病因、临床表现、分期及分型、病理和治疗的研究进行综述。

Laser in situ keratomileusis （LASIK） is an effective surgical procedure to eorrect refractive error. Diffuse lamellar keralitis （DLK） is a serious but rare complication. Progress on its mechanisms, symptoms, pathology, classification and therapy are reviewed in this paper.
