双膦酸盐性颌骨坏死的研究进展

Advances in the research of bisphosphonate-associated osteonecrosis of the jaws

近年来,不断有患者接受双膦酸盐类药物治疗后发生颌骨坏死的报道,包括目前在临床广泛使用的抗骨质疏松药福善美及抗恶性肿瘤骨转移药物阿可达和择泰,引起临床医生的高度关注。作者就有关双膦酸盐类药物引起颌骨坏死的临床表现、诊断、治疗、预防,以及可能的发病机制做一综述。

Recently, some reports indicate that osteonecrosis of the jaws could occur after taking drugs containing bisphosphonates, including alendronate, pamidronate and zolendronate, which are widely used to treat osteoporosis and metastatic skeletal lesions in clinic.More and more attentions were given to this new oral complication. This article summarizes some advances in clinical manifestation, diagnosis,prevention and therapy of bisphosphonate-associated osteonecrosis of the jaws as well as the possible mechanisms involved.
