摘要
渗碳淬火的齿轮表面硬度应控制在HRC78~83范围内,齿面硬度的测定应以齿面和齿根为准;轮齿心部硬度过高或过低都将影响轮齿的抗弯强度,一般要求心部硬度为HRC25~40;有效硬化层深法可比较直观地反映出轮齿表面强化情况、材料硬化性能和渗碳淬火工艺品质情况,由于摩托车变速齿轮形体小,易采用低负荷显微硬度值来测定有效硬化层深为好。
The surface hardness of the carbonized and quenched gears should be controlled in the range of HRC78-83, and the measurement should be based on the gear surface and the tooth root; over-high or over-low hardness of the gear tooth will be harmful to the bending strength of the tooth. HRC 25~40 for the tooth core would be OK. The significant hardened layer can show directly the tooth surface strengthened; it is better to measure the significant hardened layer with the olw-load micro hardness,for the gear tooth is small in size.
