2006年是中国与东盟建立对话关系15周年，也是老挝和中国建立外交关系45周年，无论是从中国与东盟各方面合作关系的角度来看，还是从老中双边关系的角度来看，都取得了令人喜悦的成果。

2006 is the 15^th Anniversary of the dialogue relations between Asean and China, and it is also the 45^th Anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Lao PDR and China, both the ASEAN-China cooperative partnership and the Lao PDR-China bilateral relationships have achieved remarkable progress.
