随着外国新投资不断涌入，越南的IT产业进入了繁荣期。这个国家现在拥有的软件公司超过600家，最近，更有英特尔、佳能等国际知名企业进驻，相信不久之后，越南将成为该地区廉价IT产业的领头羊，与泰国和菲律宾等国家相抗衡。
With new foreign investments pouring in and more than 600 softwore-oriented firms already in place, Vietnam＇s information-technology sector is by oil measures going great guns. And recent big-ticket investments from the multinational likes of Intel and Canon could soon establish Vietnam as a low-cost IT leader in the region, challenging the positions of such countries as Thailand and the Philippines.
