摘要
齿轮用钢采用氮碳共渗热处理工艺不仅保证了奥氏体晶粒细小,而且零件变形小;由于氮碳原子共同渗入金属表面,使碳原子的扩散系数增加,具有强度高和耐磨性好的性能;目前齿轮大都采用20CrMnTi、20CrMo、20CrMnMo、25MnTiBRE等钢材,一般要求渗碳层厚度为0.4~0.7或0.6~0.9mm,属浅层渗碳;经试验表明20CrMnTi和20CrMo氮碳共渗齿轮的弯曲疲劳强度和接触强度较渗碳钢者为高,而且耐磨性能好,但需采取合理工艺。
Steel for gears treated by means of carbonitriding will have higher strength and better resistance to wear. Now most of gears being used are of 20CrMnTi, 20CrMnMo, 25MnTiBRE, etc. The carburized layer thickness required is 0. 4 ~ 0. 7 mm,or 0. 6-0. 9 mm. Tests show that the bending fatigue strength and contact strength of the carbonitrided gears made of 20CrMnTi and 20CrMo are higher than those of carburized steel and the resistance to wear is good.
