有晶状体眼人工晶状体Verisyse植入对高度近视患者视觉质量的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的观察高度近视患者有晶状体眼人工晶状体Verisyse植入术后的视觉质量。方法表面麻醉下对54例(54眼)高度近视患者(-12.00^-24.00D)行Verisyse植入术。手术前后分别检查术眼裸眼及矫正视力、对比敏感度及调节力。将各项检查结果进行t检验或单因素方差分析。结果术后所有术眼裸眼远、近视力均达到或高于术前最佳矫正视力;术眼手术前后在3cpd、6cpd、12cpd、18cpd空间频率的对比敏感度有显著性差异,手术后较术前明显提高(P=0.000);术眼术前调节力平均为(2.19±1.36)D,术后3个月调节力平均为(5.27±2.18)D,较术前明显增加(P=0.036)。结论Verisyse眼内植入术提高了高度近视患者的视觉质量。 Objective To observe the visual quality in patients with high myopia after implantation of phakic intraocular lens Verisyse. Methods Implantation of Verisyse was adopted in 54 patients ( 54 eyes) with high myopia trader topical anaesthesia. Naked and corrected visual acutity of sttrgical eyes,as well as the adjustable ability and contract sensitivity were checked before and after the operation. Results Naked visual acuity of all surgical eyes was equal to or better than the corrected visual acuity before surgery. After surgery, the contrast sensitivity of surgical eyes was elevated at space frequency of 3 cpd, 6 cpd, 12 cpd and 18 cpd(P=0.000). The mean accommodation was (2.19±1.36)D before operation, and(5.27±2.18) D at 3 months after operation, so the mean accommodation was improved markedly compared with that before operation(P = 0. 036). Conclusion Implantation of Verisyse can improve the visual quality of patients with high myopia.
