摘要
天然气饱和含水量的计算是天然气工业有关工艺设计、生产装置考核、水合物抑制剂的使用等过程中经常用到的主要计算。本文同时应用两相相平衡和三相平衡原理,导出了用状态方程求解天然气中饱和含水量的计算模型,并对其中两种有代表性的状态方程进行计算对比,得出更符合实际情况的一种。通过与实测资料的验证表明,应用该状态方程求解的计算值与实测值很吻合,计算简便,同时又方便计算机处理,可考虑在现场推广使用。
Calculating the saturation water content of natural gas is important for process design, industrial equipment evaluation and hydrate inhibitor application in natural gas industry. In this paper, two calculating models of saturation water content are developed based on the two-phase and three-phase equilibrium theory. Two typical state equations are used in these models, a better one is found by comparing with the field data. The better one is simple to use and easy for computer processing. As a result, it can be considered to extend to fieldworks.
