摘要
研究制备了一种新型丙烯酸自沉积防腐涂料,利用自行研制的、适合自沉积涂料的一种乳化剂,制备出丙烯酸乳胶。将乳胶、炭黑浆及不含氢氟酸和双氧水的活性剂复配成稳定的活性浴液后,进行钢板的自泳涂装,得到效果良好的丙烯酸防腐涂层。并研究了新的酸性介质、氧化剂、温度对防腐涂层的影响,优化了涂料复配的配方,为实际应用提供了有力的依据。
In this paper, the preparation of the new-style acrylic auto-deposition anticorrosion coating and its coating conditions were discussed, we can prepare the acrylic latex by adding a tailor-made emulsion adapting to this auto-deposition paint. Used to auto-deposited on the armor plates, this stable composition is made of black carbon slurry, active substances containing free hydrofluoric acid and hydrogen peroxide solution, and acrylic acid latex can achieve a good coating. Studied the influence of active substances such as monomer,emulsion,polymeric process, whisking intensity and the interlaced reagent to the quality of the latex and optimize the producing and the synthetic process of the latex. Studied the varied effects to the quality of the coating basing on optimizing the coating conditions and achieved a good coating which can be applied in the field.
