摘要
主要介绍了电子节气门的构造,并分析了电子节气门系统的机械结构中存在的非线性问题。目的是实现节气门系统的位置控制系统,应用了PIC的A/D转换以及脉宽调制功能来控制节气门。实验结果表明,该电子节气门控制系统具有良好的跟随特性,实现了节气门系统的位置控制,为提高汽车的动力性、经济性、排放性打下了基础。
This article introduces the construction of electronic throttle, After analyzing the nonlinearity problem existing in the mechanical structure of system. The main function realizes position control of electronic throttle system and uses A/D conversion and Pluse Width Modulation to control the action of electronic throttle. The result shows that the control system of electronic throttle had good following characteristic and realizes position control of electronic throttle. The system will benefit the automotive in fuel consumption,power performance and emission.
