摘要
利用电流控制传送器(CCCII)实现浮地和接地电感,而无源器件只有接地电容,通过调制CCCII的偏置电流,可以调整等效电感的大小。使用这种等效电感来设计5阶梯形Butterworth低通和高通滤波器时使用较少的无源器件,并且中心频率具有电可调性。进行PSPICE分析,仿真结果表明设计是可行的。
Floating inductance and grounded inductance simulation circuits with grounded capacitance using only secondgeneration Current Controlled Conveyors (CCCIIs) as active elements are introduced. These circuits are modified by using current controlled conveyors, yielding electronically tunable inductances. Fifth - order RLC Butterworth low - pass filter and high - pass filter which retain a minimum requirement of passive elements and have an advantage of electronically tunable center frequency will be introduced. PSPICE simulation results show that the proposed method is practical.
