As a purpose software platform for ATE, PAWS is well-known in the field of aviation measurement and test. The composing and the system architecture of PAWS development platform are introduced, the method for developing integrationautomatic test system is presented. And the PAWS' resource description is introduced in detail and the automatic resource allocation procedure in TPS developing platform is analyzed.
