摘要
介绍了目前国内乙烯行业废碱液处理的几种典型工艺。对中国石油独山子石化分公司乙烯厂废碱液预处理及氧化系统的工艺改造及运行情况进行了较深入的分析和探讨。通过改造基本实现了废碱液预处理及氧化系统的长周期平稳运行。
Several typical processes of spent caustic treatment in domestic ethylene industry are introduced. The modification and current operation of the spent caustic pretreatment and oxidation system in Dushanzi Ethylene Plant are analyzed and discussed in detail, and long-term and stable operation of the spent caustic pretreatment and oxidation system is realized after modification .
