摘要
介绍了中国石化齐鲁石化股份有限公司烯烃厂乙烯装置GK-Ⅵ型裂解炉工艺流程以及采用的先进技术。并从工艺的角度,详细阐述了通过改进流程、缩短裂解炉切换时间、合理分配燃料气负荷、平均分布炉管各组原料流量、提高裂解炉辐射段炉管出口温度、改进烧焦程序等方法,优化GK-Ⅵ型裂解炉的操作,从而延长其运行周期及有效运行时间,为乙烯装置节能降耗,提高乙烯收率和高负荷运行,创造了良好的基础。
The process flow and advanced technology of GK-Ⅵethylene pyrolyzer in Qilu ethylene plant are introduced in this paper. According to the current process situation, the optimization of the operation of GK-Ⅵpyrolyzer by means of changing process flow, reducing furnace switch time, reasonably distributing FG load, equally distributing feed flow in the coil, increasing COT and ameliorating decoking program are explained in detail, in order to prolong the run length of furnace, reduce energy consumption, improve ethylene yield and run in high load of the plant.
