摘要
论述了国际工程与国内工程合同的不同点,并从费用、进度、质量三方面阐述了国际工程承包合同的管理以及在合同执行过程中应该注意的一些事项。
This article mainly discusses the contract management in aspects of cost, schedule and quality as well as the difference between international project and domestic project. Some outstanding issues to be noted by the Contractor during project execution phase are put forward.
