经尿道悬浮离子刀电切术治疗高危前列腺增生症

The treatment of benign prostate hyperophy in high risk patients by transurethral electosurgical unit resection

目的探讨经尿道悬浮离子刀电切术(EURP)治疗高危前列腺增生症(BPH)的治疗效果。方法56例BPH患者,经个体化围手术期准备行经尿道悬浮离子刀电切术治疗,观察手术安全性及有效性。结果全部病人均顺利承受手术,随访3～6个月,最大尿流率由术前7．5ml／s上升至术后21ml／s,国际前列腺症状评分术前平均28分,术后3个月降至8分,剩余尿量从平均140ml降至35ml。结论经尿道悬浮离子刀电切术治疗高危前列腺增生症见效快,安全性好,并发症少。

Objective To evaluate the validity of transurethral electrosurgical unit resection of high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia, Methods 56 cases of BPH eated by transurethral electrosurgical unit resection of prostate （EURP） were followed up with IPSS, QOL. PUR and urodynamic examinations. Results EURP procedures were successful in all cases after meticulous pre-opertive preparation. When followed up at 3 and 6 months, QOL was increased from 7,5 ml/s preoperatively to 21 ml/s. IPSS as decreased from 28 preoperativeUy to 8 prostoperatively, residual urine decreased from 140 ml to 35 ml. Conclusion EURP is a simple, effective and safe method to treat high fish patients with large volume BPH.
