摘要
对石斛兰基因组DNA的提取方法进行了改良,提出一种简便、实用的DNA提取方法,经紫外检测、电泳检测及PCR检测,结果表明所得DNA的产量和纯度能够满足分子生物学研究操作的要求．
The preparation method of Dendrobium DNA was improved in this paper, and a simple and practical method was obtained. Dendrebium DNA obtained by the method was analyzed by UV spectrophotometry,electrophoresis and RAPD, the production and purity of DNA thus obtained can meet the need of molecular biology manipulation.
