摘要 连结状况对陶瓷复合靶板抗弹性能的影响,从应力波角度分析。并在试验基础上,采用LS-DYNA程序数字模拟7.62mm穿甲子弹不同工况下侵彻陶瓷复合装甲,分析不同粘结剂和不同粘结层厚度的影响。背板波阻抗大于或接近陶瓷面板,有利于提高复合靶板的整体抗弹性能。波阻抗较大的材料,有利于压缩波的透射。合适的粘结层厚度能使陶瓷保持完整性,延缓陶瓷锥的形成,并扩大背板塑性变形区。 The cooperation of ceramic plate with backboard made a great influence on the resisting impact ability of the composite armor. It was analyzed by the theory of stress wave. The numerical simulation of the 7.62mm armor piercing bullet penetrating into composite ceramic / metal armors on different condition was carried out by using LS - DYNA. Different type of adhesive layer and different thicknesses were considered. The wave impedance of backboard was bigger or close to that of the ceramic plate, it would improve the resisting impact ability. The biggish wave impedance was better for the compress wave transmission. The appropriate thickness of adhesive layer would retain the integrality of ceramic, postpone the conical -shaped zone of the fragmented, and extend the distortion area.
