磁阻型线圈发射器弹丸速度与截面积关系 被引量:7

摘要 基于电磁感应原理,弹丸受到的电磁力与磁场强度平方和弹丸截面积成正比,而弹丸所获加速度与弹丸截面积无关,只与弹丸材料密度和长度有关。以此建立由线圈,弹丸和套筒所组成的磁阻型线圈发射器实验系统,并利用Maxwell有限元软件分析发射器弹丸受力,得出相关仿真曲线。结果和实验数据表明该理论分析可行。 Based on electromagnetic induction principle, the electromagnetic force of pill is in proportion to magnetic field intensity square and pill cross sectional area. The acceleration of projectile could not be affected by its cross sectional area, but only affected by the pill material density and length. So the reluctance coil launcher test system which consists of coil, pill and sleeve was established, Then the Maxwell finite element software was adopted to analyze the launcher pill pressure to acquire the corresponding simulation curve. The results and test data showed the feasibility of this theory.
