西门子S7-300系统通过串口通讯模块CP340,以点对点的方式实现与赛多利斯电子秤进行通讯。其CPU采用314C-2DP,CP340采用RS-422/485,通讯协议为ASCII driver,接口为15孔串口模块。先定义CP340和电子秤的接口,在组态CP340通讯参数前,先安装CP340的驱动程序并自动集成在PLC编程软件S7中。PLC启动时先执行OB100,然后循环执行OB1。通讯程序编写在功能中,然后在OB1中调用相应的功能。

The SIMENS S7-300 system realized Sartorius weighing communication in point-to-point through serial communication module CP340. Its CPU adopted 314C-2DP, the CP340 adopted RS-422/485, the communication protocol was ASCⅡ driver, and the interface was 15-pin connector module. At first, the CP340 and weighting interface were defined. The driver of CP340 was installed, which should be integrated into S7 Program automatically before configuring the parameters of CP340. When PLC starting up, the organization block of OB 100 should be executed at first, and then ran the OB 1 circularly. The communication program was compiled in some function and executed by OB 1.
