内孔的等离子自动喷焊

摘要 内孔等离子喷焊设备启动后,程序根据设定的焊接参数,按顺序启动冷却系统。焊枪按设定的摆幅和摆频,自动进行摆动焊接,焊接中并可按需调整焊接参数。焊接完一圈后,再按顺序停止各焊接变量,焊枪自动从内孔移出并冷却。再启动后,程序会自动寻找之前的搭接处,进行第二圈焊接。如有故障,系统自动记忆当前位置和焊接参数,并按工艺顺序停止焊枪。故障排除后,系统自动回到故障发生处进行补焊。 After operating the hole plasma welding equipment, the program starts up the cooling system in sequence based on the set welding parameter. The swing welding is carried out automatically by welding torch based on set excursion and swing frequency. The welding parameter can be adjusted in welding according to the requirements. After one welding process, the welding variables are stopped in sequence. The welding torch is removed from the hole and cooled automatically. When the system stars up again, the program find out the former jointing part automatically to carry out the welding again. If there is fault, the system remembers the current position and the welding parameters automatically, and stops the welding according to the technical sequence. After dealing with the faults, the system returns to the fault part to weld again.
