同轴导管技术治疗输卵管阻塞83例分析

The clinical application of coaxial-catheter technique via fallopian tube obstruction

目的：评价同轴导管技术治疗输卵管阻塞的临床疗效及安全性。方法：对83例输卵管阻塞性不孕症的患者，使用PTC-550输卵管再通系列同轴导管行输卵管再通术，并在6～12个月随访妊娠情况。结果：83例中有157支输卵管阻塞，再通成功145例，成功率92．4％；术后无严重不良反应及并发症；其中41例随访了6-12个月，受孕16例，受孕率39．0％。结论：应用同轴导管技术治疗输卵管阻塞安全、经济，疗效确切。

Aim： To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect and saftety of coaxial - catheter technique for treating fallopian tube obstruction. Methods： Adopting fallopian tube recanalization by using coaxial - catheter of PTC - 550 fallopian tube recanalization system for 83 patients with infertility fallopian tube obstruction, and following up their pregnant condition for 6 to 12 months. Results： One hundred and fifty - seven fallopian tubes were found obstruction among 83 cases and 145 fallopian tubes were recanalization, the recanalization rate was 92.4%. No serious adverse reaction and complications occurred after operations. Forty - one cases of these patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months, 16 cases had intrauterine pregnancies after recanalization. Pregnancy rate was 39. 0%. Conclusion ： Fallopian tube recanalization by coaxial - catheter technique is safe, economical and effective for the treatment of tubal infertility.
