The Privately-owned Primary Suits-making Technical Vocational School was an important creation in the field of clothing vocational education started by the Ningbo Red Band. It was a privately-owned vocational school established under special historical circumstances with a view to realizing the Red Band＇s ideal of developing the clothing industry to serve the country.
