摘要
通过一系列陶瓷材料的抗热冲击性能实验,证明添加w(ZrO2)=20%可使Al2O3复合陶瓷的热震温度达到310℃;如果添加w(SiCW)=20%可使Al2O3复合材料的热震温度达到430℃,使Si3N4复合材料的热震温度达到650℃;如果采用w(SiCW)=20%,同时添加Al2O3,Y2O3等烧结助剂,由于强化晶界的作用,可使Si3N4复合材料的热震温度达到700~750℃.
On the basis of experiments of the thermal shock resistance in ceramic matrix composites, this paper verifies that the Al 2O 3 composites added 20%ZrO 2 have a thermal shock temperature in 310 ℃, the Al 2O 3 composites added 20%SiC W have a thermal shock temperature in 430 ℃ and Si 3N 4 composites added some additive have a thermal shock temperature in 650 ℃. If Si 3N 4 composites added 20%SiC W, Al 2O 3 and Y 2O 3, they have the thermal shock temperatures in 700 ̄750 ℃. The paper also explains and discusses the reasons of high thermal shock resistance of those composites with additive.
