摘要
以16Mn钢十字型承载焊接接头为对象,研究了在恒幅拉伸,应力比分别为0.1,0.2,0.3条件下,接头的疲劳裂纹萌生与扩展特性,并对寿命进行了估算.结果表明:承载型十字焊接接头的疲劳裂纹萌生、扩展行为受接头熔合区及过热区冶金组织、几何特性、力学条件控制,对焊接工艺敏感,与非承载焊接接头相比,疲劳裂纹萌生寿命较短。
Taking cruciform welding joints of 16Mn steel as examples,this paper deals with the fatigue crack initiating and propagating properties under constant amplitude tensile loading and predicts the fatigue life when the stress ratios are 0.1,0.2 and 0.3 respectively.The results show that the behaviors of fatigue crack initiating and propagating of the cruciform welding joints,which are sensitive to the welding process,are controlled by the metallurgical structures,geometry,mechanical properties of fusion and overheat zone.Compared with the unloaded welding joints,the fatigue crack life is relatively short and the propagating rate is comparatively fast for the loaded welding joints.
