摘要
实践表明,我国财务法律规章制度体系完善,操作运用自如,因此,高等院校各职能部门负责人在执行各项财务制度中应坚持其原则。
This paper introduces the financial system in China and its execution in Chinese Women＇s University. It emphasizes the principle that administrator of college department should insist while executing the financial system.
