摘要
以钛酸正丁酯为前驱物,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米级二氧化钛粉体和掺杂了二氧化硅以及银、铜、锌等金属的复合抗菌粉体。用EDS、TEM以及UV等技术对产物进行了表征,并对结果进行了比较分析。研究发现二氧化硅的包覆可有效减小产物粒径,改善其表面性质。而在纳米Ti O2粉体中掺杂银和其它金属后,大大提高了粉体的抗菌性能,有效拓宽了纳米Ti O2在紫外区对光的响应范围,还使其在可见光区也有了一定的吸收。
Nanostructured titania dioxide and composite anti-bacteria powder loaded with silicon dioxide, sliver, copper and zinc are prepared by Sol-gel process from tetrabutyl titanate as raw materials. The ultimate result is characterized in terms of EDS, TEM and UV techniques. The result shows that attached silicon dioxide can reduce the product size obviously, arid improve the character of surface. The powder loaded with silver and other metal ion shows great anti-bacteria performance, and this method makes the nanometer TiO2 not only response more broader in ultraviolet area but also absorb invisible light.
