摘要
采用传统的氧化物陶瓷工艺研究了掺杂对NiZn铁氧体材料高品质因数性能的影响。分析了CuO\Ba-CO3\V2O5等的掺入对材料微观结构、晶粒尺寸的作用,MnCO3\Co2O3对提高材料品质因数Q值、改变频率特性的作用。通过实验找到了最佳的掺杂量,实现了材料综合性能的优化。
Traditional oxide ceramic technology is adopted to study the effect of the doping on the high quality factor of NiZn ferrites. The effect of the doping of CuO/BaCC3/V2O5 on the micro-structure and crystal particle-size of the composites is analyzed. The effect of MnCO3 /Co2O3 on improving the quality factor Q and changing the characteristics of frequency is also analyzed. The optimum doping content is found by experiments and optimization of combination property of composites is realized.
