摘要
本文提出了高职院校教学评价的概念、目的和意义,分析了国内外教学评价体系的现状,特别是目前我国高职院校教学评价体系存在的问题。另借鉴国外评价内容的更新和评价方法的变化,阐述了我国高职院校教师教学评价的方法。其每种方法均从不同角度反映了教师在教学、研究和服务领域的绩效水平。目前普遍使用的方法有系主任评价、学生评价、同行评价、自我评价、听课等。
This article puts forward the concept, purpose and meaning of teaching and teacher assessment of vocational colleges, analyzes the current related domestic and international teaching situation, and especially researches the issues existed in the system of our country. On the basis of drawing lessons from the change of method and content of the system overseas, it demonstrates the various ways of assessment of our country's vocational colleges. Each kind of method reflects teachers' performance from different angles, and the general method includes dean' s assessment, students' assessment, colleagues' assessment, self-assessment, and listening to the teacher's teaching.
