新时期,干群利益矛盾在干群矛盾中逐渐突显出来,对干群关系产生着深刻的影响。干群利益矛盾的表现是多方面的,具有复杂性、突出性、非对抗性、隐蔽性、成因多重性等特点。解决干群利益矛盾要从发展生产力、加快民主政治的建设进程、加强思想政治教育工作等方面来着手。

During the new period, interest contradiction is a main aspect of contradiction between cadres and masses, it has sharp influence on the relationship between cadres and masses. Its＇ embodyment is multi-fact. It has ninny traits such as complexity, standing out, non-opposability, concealment, and many causes of formations. Lots of efforts can be done to resolve this problem by developing productivity, boosting the process of democracy, strengthening the work of ideology and political education.
