摘要
目前,全国高新区都处在“二次创业”的关键阶段,围绕中央提出的建设创新型国家的战略要求,各高新区纷纷提出适合本区特点的目标和举措。面对国家战略的重大调整和激烈的区域竞争,常州高新区自感压力与动力并存,不仅要知己知彼,最关键的是思考该怎么做,要把“创新”作为第一战略来抓。
It is the crucial stage for the Hi-tech Zones to have the second enterprising. With the fundamental strategy changes of the state and the fierce competition, it is the vital for Changzhou to pay much attention to innovation as the first strategy.
