摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,企业员工素质高低决定了企业的竞争能力。培训有利于员工、企业和社会的发展,但在实际生活中,许多企业并不愿对员工进行培训。文章运用博弈理论,在有限理性的假设基础上,分析了培训中员工与组织的博弈行为。针对培训中存在的员工流失问题及其影响因素,侧重从组织方面对员工的行为进行制约,从而更好地实现组织在培训中的目的。
With the coming of Knowledge economy, the quality of members determines the competition of the enterprises. Although the training is beneficial for the development of members, enterprises and the society, many enterprises are unwilling to carry out the training. The paper aims at the resignation and the causes and focuses on the organizational constraints on the members to realize more fully the purpose of the training of the organization.
