摘要
文章针对人力资本的产权特征与企业所有权进行探讨。在分析社会制度变迁与改变人力资本的产权特征的同时,对人力资本和人力资本产权进行了研究,探索了人力资本与其所有者不可分离的产权特征和本质属性;从中得出人力资本价值大多是在人力资本运作过程中体现并决定人力资本价值信息。然而这种信息又可能存在着一定的隐蔽性;对此,文章提出的人力资本的多样性与专用性的有机结合对优化企业所有权结构具有一定的参考价值和推广作用。
The paper aims at the property right characteristic of the manpower capital and enterprise's ownership. When analyzing the change of the social system changes and the property characteristics of the manpower capital, it has carried out the research to the manpower capital and manpower capital property right. It also discussed the fundamental characteristics of property attributed to the indispensability of the manpower capital and its owners. The conclusion is that the value of the manpower capital is mainly manifested in and decided by the operation of the manpower capital. However, the information is not explicit. The paper proposed the combination of the variety and specialty of manpower capitals, which is valuable for the bettering of the enterprise;s ownership.
