摘要
作为以高等教育的有效作为、教育资源的高效利用和受教育者的最大收益为前提的教育质量意识体系,高等教育再生性质量观不仅关乎质量标准的设定问题,而且直接影响着质量评价与质量保障体系的合理建构,它的确立在高等教育规模与质量冲突日显的当前具有极其积极的探索和实践意义。
As an educational quality conscious system, higher education regenerative quality view is based on the higher education affective action, the education resource reasonable utilization and the educator's earnings greatest. It is not only related to the enactment of quality standardization but also affects the quality evaluation and the construction of assurance system directly. Its establishment has extremely positive exploration and practice significance especially on the conflict that has became more and more intense between higher education's scale and quality.
