铝电解生产中强化电流降低槽电压的效果 被引量:1

摘要 160 kA电解槽强化至172 kA后,设定电压保持在4.11-4.13 V,槽况稳定。试验槽通过两个阶段的试验,由最初的4.12 V逐步降至目前的4.05 V。通过对试验槽降低电压的过程进行分析总结,为同类型槽降低工作电压提供了一定的借鉴。 After the current of a 160 kA aluminum electrolytic cell was intensified to 172 kA, the setting voltage maintained between 4.11-4.13 V and the cell condition is stabe. The voltage of testing cell was reduced to 4.05 V from 4.12 V at the very beginning after two stages' tests, and the expected current efficiency was achieved so that energy consumption was reduced efficiently. It has provided reference to the reduction of working voltage for ceils of the same type through analysis and summarizing on the process of testing cell's voltage reduction.
