摘要
本文分析了某公司二期CO2压缩机润滑油消耗高的原因,提出了改进措施,以及实施后取得了较好的节能效果,进一步指出了CO2压缩机的节能空间。
This paper analyzes the reasons for high lubricant oil consumption of the 2nd phase CO2 compressor of a certain company; describes through improving oil sealing, fixing control switch on the coupling oil inlet pipe, reducing the suction of oil mist fan and improving high pressure air duct, etc., preferable energy saving results have been achieved; and further points out the energy saving space for CO2 compressor.
