单臂外固定器治疗儿童股骨转子下骨折疗效分析

Applications of unilateral external fixation to treat Subtrochantreric fracture of the femur in children

目的探讨单臂外固定器治疗儿童股骨转子下骨折的临床价值。方法31例儿童股骨转子下骨折,年龄6～15岁,应用单臂外固定器牵引复位固定,术后平均随访16个月。结果所有病例均获得骨折愈合,无髋内翻、肢体短缩等畸形,患肢过度生长小于5mm。结论单臂外固定器是治疗儿童股骨转子下骨折的一种良好方法。

Objective To evaluate the value of unilateral external fixation when applied as the standard treatment of children with the subtrochantrerie fracture of the femur. Methods 31 children aged 6 to 15 years with subtroehantrerie fracture of the femur were fixed with a unilateral external fixation. Patients were followed clinically and radiographieally mean 16 months postoperatively. Results All eases had got clinically unioned ,there was no case of clinically insignificant malunion （valgus 〉5° or procurvatum 〉10°）, and one leg-length discrepancy greater than 5cm. Conclusion It is a safer, effective, and beneficial measure for the use of unilateral external fixation to treat subtrochantrerie fracture of the femur in children.
