摘要
本文通过网络教师指导活动的个案设计和行动研究,探讨虚拟学习社区中网络教师如何更好地指导学生的学习。论文提供了指导活动的基础框架和行动过程描述,其他课程可以针对其进行修正;同时为基于网络的实时与非实时教学指导等方面提供案例参考,从而促进网络教师角色、职责转变的具体实现和专业化发展。
The paper discussed how e-tutor instructs student's study well in virtual learning community through the case design and action research, The paper has provided the foundation frame of guiding activity, and the description of action research process, which may provide reference to other curricula of e-tutors carry on. This research may provide reference to e-tutors' activities in Network Education institute as well as other online education, facilitating the concretion of online tutors' role and responsibility transformation , promoting the development of professional training of online tutors.
