摘要
农村远程学习者有其特殊性,调查表明,他们普遍存在着学习动机外在性、学习障碍多重性、学习方法传统性、学习心理脆弱性、学习能力缺乏性等学习问题。针对这些问题,作者提出了开展五项教育,落实五大常规,提供五项支持,培养五种能力,采取五项措施的“五五”管理模式,取得了良好的效果。
The rural Learners have their particularity.The investigation has shown that commonly they have studying problems such as the externalism of studying motivation, the variety of studying obstacles,the tradition of studying method.the weakness of studying psychology and tbe lack of studying ability.Aiming at these problems,the author has put forwant"the Five-five administrati,,,e patterus",that is to say,carrying out five items of edueation,fulfiling five rules,offeting five supports,cultivating five kinds of ability and taking five measures.He has also achieved good results.
