摘要
目的:探讨全麻经口腔气管插管时可变头位对声门显露质量的影响。方法:180例全麻插管病人(ASAⅠ-Ⅱ)诱导(咪达唑仑0.2mg·kg^-1,芬太尼0.004mg·kg^-1,维库溴铵0.1mg·kg^-1),成功后分别在头简单过伸位下和可变头位下用macintosh喉镜显露声门,记录Cormack and Lehane评分。结果:Cormack and Lehane评分Ⅰ、Ⅱ级头简单过伸位下所占比例为86.1%,可变头住下所占比例为98.9%,两者比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论:可变头位能显著提高声门的显露质量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of changeable head position on glottis exposure and its use during general anesthesia by orotreacheal intubation. Methods: 180 patients for general anesthesia were induced with midazolam 0. 2mg/kg, fentanyl 0.004mg/kg and vecuronium 0. 1mg/kg , and then the glottises were exposed with macintosh laryngoscopy under simple head extension and changeable head position respectively by a skilled anesthetist, recording the Cormack and Lehane grade. Results: The ratio of Cormack and Lehane scope Ⅰ , Ⅱ was 86.1% under simple head extension, and 98.9% under the changeable head position (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Changeable head position can improve the glottis visualization under direct laryngoscopy in a great degree.
