胸腺肽联合顺铂胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效观察

Effect Observation of Intrapleural Injection of Thymopeptides and Little-Dose Cisplatin on Malignant Pleural Effusion

目的:研究胸腺肽联合小剂量顺铂胸腔内注射对恶性胸水的疗效。方法:将60例恶性胸水患者按入院编号随机分为两组,治疗组30例应用胸腺肽和小剂量顺铂;对照组30例单用胸腺肽胸腔内注射,观察治疗前后胸水变化。结果:治疗组有效率为83.3%,对照组为60.0%。两组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:胸腺肽联合小剂量顺铂胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸水疗效肯定、安全。

Objective： To study the curative effect of intrapleural injection of thymopeptides and little - dose cisplatin in malignant pleural effusion. Methods： Sixty patients with malignant effusion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ：30 cases were treated with thymopeptides and little - dose cisplatin intrapleural injection（ treatment group） ;and 30 cases were treated with thymopeptides intrapleural injection only（control group）. The changes in volume of pleural effusion were observed. Results： The effective rates （CR ＋ PR）of treatment group and control group were 83.3% and 60.0% respectively ,and the difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The results of this report show that intrapleural injection of thymopeptides and little -dose cisplatin may be safe and effective in treating malignant pleural effusion.
