摘要
目的:探讨射频治疗仪和红外线治疗仪治疗Ⅲ°宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法:对2004年1月至2005年12月我中心确诊的363例Ⅲ°宫颈糜烂患者,据患者自愿分为观察组和对照组,分别采用射频治疗和红外线治疗,术后两月复查并评价疗效。结果:1次治愈率观察组为98.67%,对照组为88.97%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:射频治疗Ⅲ°宫颈糜烂安全、高效,优于红外线治疗。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of radio -frequency and infrared ray on severe cervical erosion. Methods： 363 cervical erosion Ⅲ°pafients were divided into observational group and control group. The patients of observational group were treated by radio - frequency and the patients of control group were treated by infrared ray. Checked up after 2 months. Results： The cure rate of observational group was 98.67% ,and the cure rate of control group was 88.97%. Conclusion： Radio -frequency is a safe and effective way in treating cervical erosion Ⅲ°. It is better than infrared ray.
