摘要
本文以英美两个国家的绩效评估为典型,对其地方政府绩效评估的发展和实践进行了评析。西方国家的地方政府绩效评估,对于进一步改进和完善我国的地方政府绩效评估体制具有很大的借鉴意义。
This article take Britain and America as models while analyzing the development and practice tgeir local government perfomance. It is hoped that we could profit from the experience of western country and unified the concrele condition of our country, so we can further improve the local govemment performance of our nation. The measures for performance measurement of govemment in western countries are of great important of reference to our goveneanent management.
