摘要
文章从利益集团这一视角出发，分析我国的利益群体的现状，重点考察利益群体在公共政策中的作用，并在此基础上提出了在公共政策制定过程中如何对利益群体进行引导的策略。
From the interest group＇s angle, analyzing the present condition of the interest group of the our country, emphasize on interest group community＇s function in process of public policy, and put forward strategic methods to lead the interest group in the process of public policy making.
