A multianalysis and detailed description of the Chinese dairying industry, product variation, market competition indicate that the development trend of the dairying industry should incorporate the fashion of health and nutrition, and develop healthy yogurt products such as soybean yogurt, fruit pulp yogurt, vegetables yogurt and active lactobacillus yogurt. A share in the intensively competitive dairy market needs to be based on product variation and diversity.
