摘要
目的探讨小站台水环境应激不同时间对小鼠胸腺细胞的破坏及凋亡的影响。方法利用小站台水环境诱发的应激模型,观察应激12 h、24 h、48 h组和对照组在站台前后体重、胸腺重量、胸腺指数的变化以及胸腺细胞凋亡的状况。结果站台前后小鼠体重改变与对照组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05),但有降低趋势;应激48 h组胸腺重量、胸腺指数改变与对照组相比有极为显著性(P<0.001),而应激24 h组、12 h组无显著性(P>0.05);应激48 h、24 h、12 h Annexin-v凋亡蛋白增加与照组相比差异极为显著性(P<0.001);应激12 h出现TFAR19蛋白的百分率为96%左右,与对照组相比有极显著性(P<0.001)。结论小站台水环境应激不同时间都可促进胸腺细胞的凋亡。
Objective To investigate the effect of different stress time on the platform-over-water on mouse thymus apoptosis. Methods The change of animal's weight,thymus weight,thymus index and thymus apoptosis in former or latter stress with 48 h,24 h, 12 h induced by the plat-form-over-water,-were detected, compared with the control mice. Results Compared with the control group, the mice's weight decreased insignificantly behind stress(P〈0.05), thymus weight and index decreased obviously behind standing 48 h stress(P〈0. 001). In contrast,it was insignificant by standing 24 h or 12 h(P〈 0.05). Annexin-V apoptosis protein increased apparently behind the 48 h or 24 h or 12 h stress(P〈0. 001),and maybe TFAR19 apoptosis protein appear 96% with 12 h stress,it was increased significantly with the control group (P〈0. 001). Conclusion Thymus apoptosis may be promoted with different stress time on the platform-over-water.
