MBT直丝弓技术矫治骨性AngleⅡ~1错畸形的硬组织变化

The Changes of Hard Tissue with Skeletal Angle Ⅱ~1 Malocclusion Treated with MBT

目的探讨经MBT直丝弓技术治疗的骨性AngleⅡ1错牙合患者的硬组织变化特征。方法选择13例ANB角大于5°的骨性AngleⅡ1错牙合患者,经MBT直丝弓技术治疗后,分析治疗前后的X线头颅侧位定位变化。结果U1-SP的距离减小,磨牙关系改善,ANB、UI-SN、L1-MP和U1-L1角度减小,且变化均有显著意义。A-SP、B-SP和L1-SP的距离在矫治前后均无显著变化。结论MBT直丝弓技术能有效治疗骨性AngleⅡ1错牙合患者,其变化以牙效应为主。

Objective To analyse the changes of hard tissue with skeletal Angle Ⅱ^1 malocclusion treated with MBT. Methods Thiteen patients with skeletal Angle Ⅱ^1 malocclusion and ANB 5° was treated with MBT. Their lateral cephalograms before and after treatment were analyzed. Results All patients Class Ⅱ^1 malocclusion were corrected. There was a significant decrease in U1-SP,ANB.U1-SN.L1-MP and U1-L1. There was no statistically significance in the change of A-SP 、 B-SP and L1-SP. Conclusion The patients with skeletal Angle Ⅱ^1 malocclusion could be treated effectively with MBT.
